  1. Bookings

To make a Booking enquiry drop us an email at

angela@hightea2yourdoor.com.au or fill in the form on the

“Bookings” page and we will endeavour to get back to you asap.

If you decide to go ahead with your event a Booking Form will

be emailed to you.  You will need to fill out the form and email

back to us asap.  To secure your preferred date a $200.00 deposit

is required, this can be paid by bank transfer details are on the

Booking Form.  All booking enquiries that have not paid a

deposit will be deemed a tentative booking and will be subject to

“first in first served” policy.  The $200.00 deposit will be deducted

off the outstanding balance.  The balance must be paid in full at

least 7 days before your event.


  1. Cancellations

When you pay a deposit, this is a binding agreement and we lock

that date in for your event, so this date is reserved for you alone.

*  If your event is cancelled for any reason you will forfeit all booking

deposits, if cancelled 10 to 5 days prior to the event.

*  If your event is cancelled 4 to zero days before the event, you will

forfeit all booking deposits, plus 30% of the balance paid.


  1. Guest Numbers

Finalised guest numbers and the outstanding balance is to be paid in

full 7 days prior to the event, if you have guests that cannot attend

after the final numbers have been given, I’m sorry there will be no

refunds paid.


  1. Delivery & Collection

Is at a mutually convenient time for both parties, where possible

a parking space for delivery and collection is required.

All items provided by High Tea 2 Your Door will be collected,

inspected and accounted for before we leave the premises.

We also require a $150.00 refundable bond that needs to be paid a

week prior to the event to cover any missing or damaged items.


  1. Cleaning of China & Cutlery

As left over tea & food can cause permanent stains, we ask that you

help us by removing all food scraps from plates and sliverware &

tea from the pots & cups and hand rinse all items in cold water,

please place all items on a table to be collected & packed by us.
